Yes, all products offered on Sphere Vintage are rigorously selected for their quality and overall good condition. Each piece is evaluated according to a precise condition grid (Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair), with a transparent description of any signs of use. To ensure perfect visibility, we provide clear and detailed photos from multiple angles, so you can accurately assess the condition of the product before purchase.
Orders and Payments
We accept secure payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay and PayPal.
Simply enter your promo code in the designated field during checkout, located just below the name of the item purchased. The discount will automatically be applied to the total amount of your order before validation. Just make sure the code is valid and complies with the terms of use (minimum amount, dates, etc.).
We don't yet offer installment payments on Sphere Vintage. However, we're working to expand our payment options to better meet your needs. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified as soon as this option becomes available.
Delivery and Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after validation. Delivery times then vary depending on the destination:
• Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days
• Europe: 3 to 6 working days
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You will then be able to track the progress of your package directly via the carrier's website.
Yes, Sphere Vintage offers international shipping to several destinations. Shipping costs vary depending on the country. Please note that any customs fees are the customer's responsibility and may vary depending on the destination. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before finalizing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
At Sphere Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original, unused condition and with its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Product Maintenance
Sphere Vintage does not currently offer cleaning or repair services directly. However, if you would like to have an item restored or cleaned, we can recommend specialized craftsmen with whom we work.
